I am a solo-practitioner. I graduated from John Marshall Law School, Chicago Illinois in June 1985. Since then I have been employed as an attorney; first as an association and then in 1990 on my own.
I have represented many people and entities in my practice and have litigated 100's of bench trials, scores of jury trials, and numerous appeals. I have always strongly advocated my client's interests.
I an happy and enthused being a lawyer. I enjoy helping others navigate through the legal process. I give honest fair advice to my clients. I charge reasonable rates for my services and empathize with my clients.
Today 70% of my practice involves litigation. These cases center around real estate litigation such as: security deposit cases, return of earnest money, condominium disputes, defective construction, termites, specific performance of real estate contracts, partition suits, quiet title, fraud, mortgage broker fraud, foreclosures, bankruptcies.
I also represent buyers and people real estate transactions -- from the sale of a single family house to sale of multi-million dollar commercial properties; negotiating leases with Fortune 500 Companies, immigration, Probate Matters; estate planning.
I also represent clients in administrative proceedings. I have successful appeal numerous administrative decisions to Judges and had those decisions reversed.
